These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ClearRoofScope website and services. By accessing the site or purchasing/using services, you agree to these Terms.
ClearRoofScope provides independent roof measurement, documentation, scope definition, bid review, and related consulting services. Deliverables may include written reports, annotated imagery, measurement summaries, and planning-level pricing ranges based on stated assumptions.
ClearRoofScope does not install roofs, provide contractor bids, or offer contractor referrals. You are responsible for selecting and managing any contractors.
Fees are disclosed before purchase/engagement. Some services may require prepayment. Additional services outside the selected package may require additional fees.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and the nature of the service. Where permitted, partial refunds may be issued for unperformed work. Digital deliverables already provided are not refundable.
Any stated turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, weather events, volume, and information availability.
Deliverables are provided for your internal use for the referenced property/project. You may share them with contractors, insurers, and stakeholders for that project. You may not resell or publish deliverables commercially without written permission.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearRoofScope disclaims all warranties. ClearRoofScope is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it informally first. If unresolved, disputes may be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
