ClearRoofScope provides independent roof measurement, documentation, scope definition, bid review, insurance scope review, and forensic consulting services. Deliverables may include written reports, annotated imagery, measurement summaries, and planning-level pricing ranges based on stated assumptions.
ClearRoofScope does not install roofs, provide contractor bids, or offer contractor referrals. We have no financial relationship with any roofing contractor, material supplier, or installer. You are solely responsible for selecting and managing any contractors.
Fees are disclosed and confirmed before payment is collected. No payment is required at the initial intake submission. Some services require prepayment before work begins. Additional services outside the confirmed scope may require additional fees agreed upon in advance.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@clearroofscope.com. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has commenced and the nature of the service. Where work has not yet begun, a full refund will generally be issued. Where work is partially complete, a partial refund may be issued for unperformed work at our discretion. Digital deliverables already delivered are not refundable.
Stated turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, weather events, data availability, and order volume. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Deliverables are provided for your personal or organizational use for the referenced property or project. You may share them with contractors, insurers, attorneys, and relevant stakeholders for that project. You may not resell, republish, or commercially redistribute deliverables without written permission from ClearRoofScope.
Our services are not a substitute for engineering of record, architectural services, permitting, legal advice, or public adjusting. If you require stamped engineering documents, legal guidance, or insurance claim negotiation, you must consult appropriately licensed professionals.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearRoofScope disclaims all warranties, express or implied. ClearRoofScope is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of services or reliance on deliverables. Total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearRoofScope, its principals, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of deliverables, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
